We do all types of repairs, adjustments & refinishing on all fretted instruments. Bring you instrument in for a free estimate. Floyd Rose out of whack again? We'll give you an honest estimate on any work you need or if the repair exceeds how much the guitar is worth, we'll give you a great price on a new one.

STRING CHANGE $15.00
We take off your old strings and replace them with new ones from you favorite brands (Ernie Ball, D’Addario, DR, Elixir, and GHS to name a few).
TRUSS ROD ADJUSTMENT $15.00
We check the neck of your guitar and apply the proper amount of relief to it to make it play easier then ever.
ACTION ADJUSTMENT $25.00
Are your strings still buzzing even though your neck has the proper relief? Bring it to us and we will adjust your saddle to the proper height.
FLOYD ROSE SET UP $35.00
We can fix that floating Floyd Rose tremolo Ibanez (or any other brand) guitar that seems to have no hope of working properly. Want to do dive bombs? Let the pros here at Marcs get you to that level.
COMPLETE SET UP $60-$80 (ask for details)

We've given well over 250,000 lessons. Our goal has always been to make our lessons, easy, enjoyable and geared towards each students interests. Our full time teachers have undergraduate, guitar performance degrees and have tons of experience doing all kinds of gigs (see links to teachers web sites and Facebook pages). We teach everything from folk and classical through rock and metal (see staff). When your shopping around for a great teacher, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Many guitar teachers are great players, but know very little or nothing about teaching. Playing well and teaching well are two completely different skill sets. Make sure your teacher has both. Our pricing is very competitive. Please call for availability. We have no contracts or sign up fees!

We take our rentals seriously.
We are the only store in Albuquerque that rents guitars. We specialize
in renting out low priced, high quality guitars and amps. So whether
you’re a beginner, an out of Towner or just need a guitar to play a
wedding, stop by & we’ll fix you right up,
